Date Night

Participants will make herb-crusted salmon with sautéed green beans in Dijon vinaigrette and parmesan-roasted red potatoes. This class is limited to eight couples, ages 15 and up.

Go Fish

We’ve cast our nets and caught some shrimp to make shrimp and grits. This class is limited to 16 participants, ages 15 and up.

Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner

In this class, you’ll win a chicken dinner…made by you! We’ll be making a New Orleans favorite, chicken and sausage pastalaya. It’s just like jambalaya, but with pasta instead of rice. This class is limited to 16 participants, ages 15 and up.

Global Cooking, Local eating

This series of classes demonstrates how to make foods from around the world with local ingredients. On this night, we’ll explore how to make  Swedish meatballs. This class is limited to 16 participants, ages 15 and up.

We’ve found the Great Pumpkin, and we’re going to turn him into a gooey bar! Join us as we make some yummy pumpkin gooey bars.

Fork Nite

Spooky season is here and we’re making dinner to go with it. We’ll be making oozing eyeballs in blood sauce with worms, aka mozzarella-stuffed meatballs with marinara sauce and zucchini noodles. This class is limited to 12 participants, ages 10 and up.
