Pork Rind Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 bag of plain pork rinds, can use spicy or BBQ as well
- 2 eggs, scrambled with a splash of water
*you can add different seasonings if you want, since the pork rinds are already salty you don’t need to add salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, crush pork rinds into crumbs using a rolling pin.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs, and mix in cream or milk.
- Sprinkle salt & pepper over both sides of chicken tenders.
- Dip each tender into egg mixture, then coat with crumbs. Place onto a parchment paper or foil lined baking sheet.
- After all tenders are on the baking sheet, spray the top of tenders with a little cooking spray for extra crispness.
- Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until cooked through.
Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Homemade Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP dried parsley
- 1 TBSP onion powder
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 16-oz container of sour cream
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Boom Boom Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Comeback Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbs. chili sauce (not the Thai kind)
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 2 tbs. ketchup
- 1 tbs. spicy mustard
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Créole seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- Dash of hot sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
