In this one-day camp, our Junior Chefs will be making lunch for themselves and dinner to take home for the family (4 people). We’ll be making pizza bagels for lunch and chili garlic chicken drumsticks with carrot noodle salad, Hassleback potatoes and corn casserole for dinner. This class is limited to 8 participants, ages 10 and up.

This series of classes demonstrates how to make foods from around the world with local ingredients. On this night, we’ll explore how to make a Korean BBQ with steamed rice and cucumber kimchi. This class is limited to 16 participants, ages 15 and up.
