We’ll be making eggplant fries, curried brussels sprouts, bacon and pea salad, roasted veggies with ranch yogurt sauce, and a panzanella caprese salad. This class is limited to 16 participants, ages 15 and up.

Everyone is looking for that perfect snack to bring to the game and these recipes will help make that decision a little easier. We’ll be making Cheater’s Tiramisu, Beef Wellington wontons, chicken parm sliders and  Buffalo chicken roll-ups. This class is limited to 16 participants, ages 15 and up.

Global Cooking, Local Eating

This series of classes demonstrates how to make foods from around the world with local ingredients. On this night, we’ll explore how to make Chinese dumplings with a chicken filling that can easily be made vegan. This class is limited to 16 participants, ages 15 and up.

Family Pairs

Cooking can be a great way to spend time with your little one and this class allows one child and their parent/guardian to make a light, healthy meal together.   We’ll be making Chicken Saltimbocca, or chicken wrapped in prosciutto, topped with a tomato bruschetta. This class is limited to eight pairs (one parent/guardian and one child). Child must be 8 years or older.

This couples class is designed for you and your partner to create the perfect romantic dinner together. Participants will make herb crusted salmon with sauteed green beans in a Dijon vinaigrette and parmesan roasted red potatoes.  This class is limited to eight  couples, ages 15 and up.
